Frequently Asked Questions
I try to reply to all messages within 24-48 hours. I am a small business but there is just me (no team, backup or IT department) all your questions are important to me so I appreciate your patience. As a general rule I do not reply to messages outside of usual office hours (Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm)
Also, have you checked your junk folder? My messages can often be redirected by your email server.
I only offer a framed option for my smaller square Park Prints. I do not stock frames for any of my other prints.
All my prints are designed to fit standard high street frames. The ones I display and photograph my prints in are from the IKEA Ribba range. They have the same sized frames in most High Street retailers Clas Ohlson, Habitat, Wilkos, Hobbycraft, John Lewis etc.
Professional framing can be quite costly so all my prints are designed to fit standard high street frames. The ones I display my prints in are from the IKEA Ribba range. They have the same sized frames in most retailers Clas Ohlson, Habitat, Wilkos, Hobbycraft, John Lewis etc.
For Arts Sake in Ealing offer a fantastic framing service if you want something professional
I can reserve products for you to collect from All Original, 20 Ealing Green W5 5DA. They are currently open Tuesday to Sunday 10am - 5pm so you can easily collect at a time that is convenient for you.
I do not allow collection from my house
I'm sorry I no longer offer hand delivery. Throughout lockdown & most of 2020 I did deliver within a 30 minute walk of my house but in the winter months with no access to a car this has been very damp.
When I first launched my business I offered free hand-delivery to all Ealing residents but as my business has grown, the pressure on my time has increased so unfortunately I am unable to offer this service. I do however rent a permanent space in All Original 20 Ealing Green W5 5DA so it is very easy to purchase all my products locally. I can happily reserve products for you to collect from there or you can choose to collect you order from there when you reach the checkout on this website.
When time allows I love taking on private commissions. Unfortunately as my business has grown, the pressure on my time has increased so I have cut back on this area of my business. I am concentrating on building my portfolio of areas as it makes better business sense for me to spend time creating work I can sell to lots of people rather than one offs.
I will consider larger commercial work.
Items that can be personalised i.e. A4 mounted prints for weddings etc and the Ealing Half Marathon print generally take 5 days. If you need something in a hurry, please ask & I can see what I can do!
It is possible to create larger prints or prints with a different colour background for some of my work. As these are one-offs they are considerably more expensive to produce, please ask and I can provide you with a quote.
Please note, my tea towels are only available in the colour ways shown.
I use cellophane to protect my products from damage. I have sourced a biodegradable compostable alternative made from corn/potato starch which I am introducing across all my products.
All my cards are printed on recycled card, supplied with a recycled envelope.
I endeavour to reuse all my packaging and will continue to source environmentally friendly alternatives. I use biodegradable (green) bubblewrap to wrap framed items, eco friendly jiffy bags & envelopes and eco paper parcel tape on all my outgoing packages.
All my prints use high quality inks on Archival Digital Fine Art Paper paper so will be colourfast for a considerable number of years. I would not advise hanging any print in direct sunlight, even the National Gallery & Tate don’t hang works of art in sunlight to preserve their colour. Specialist framers can use anti-reflective and UV-protective glass to help protect your prints if you are concerned.
I accept all forms of Credit Card and Debit card as well as PayPal,
