All my products are shipped with Royal Mail. I endeavour to get orders shipped to you within 2-5 working days. If for any reason delivery will take longer, I will let you know by email as soon as possible and keep you updated. Personalised products may take longer to produce, but I will always keep you informed.

Royal Mail 1st class is the quickest, most efficient service and 2nd class is cheaper, for when you don't need it to get there quickly.

Please ensure that the delivery details you provide will have someone available to accept and sign for, the order. If you miss the delivery, your order will go to the postal collection office for you to collect. If you do not collect the package, it will then be returned to me. Any further attempts to deliver following this would then be chargeable.

PACKAGING
My packing supplies are biodegradable boxes, envelopes & bubble wrap. I reuse my packaging where ever possible. Every order is carefully hand-packed by me. Please take care when handling prints, they are paper and therefore fragile. Please follow my top tips for caring for prints. A crease in a print is permanent. I cannot take responsibility for any damage caused by you when handling or framing your prints.

Standard Large Illustrated Prints

Each illustrated print is backed by thick cardboard & protected in a biodegradable cellophane sleeve.
Delivery: These packaged prints are wrapped in eco bubble wrap & packed in a sturdy flat cardboard package.
Please note International postage is in a sturdy cardboard tube.

Standard Large Illustrated Prints
(40x50cm)
Each illustrated print is backed by thick cardboard & protected in a biodegradable cellophane sleeve.
Delivery: These prints are wrapped in acid-free tissue paper & carefully rolled in a sturdy cardboard postal tube.

Larger Illustrated Prints
My long prints are mounted, backed by thick cardboard & protected in a cellophane sleeve. These prints include Hoover Building, Ealing Village, Griffin Park Stadium, Hammersmith Bridge & Holden Tube Stations prints
Delivery: These packaged prints are wrapped in eco bubble wrap & packed in a sturdy flat cardboard package.

Framed Illustrated Prints
I only stock frames for the 23x23xm print local park & Griffin Park & The Four Corner prints. Each framed print is wrapped in a biodegradable cellophane sleeve. For safety reasons the front of the frame is plastic, not glass.
NB. Every effort is made to remove any dust particles from within the frame but the nature of these frames means some dust is likely to dislodge on posting. The back can easily be removed from the frame so you will be able to clean up any stray dust.
Delivery: The packaged frame is then wrapped in reused or eco-friendly bubblewrap and packaged in a cardboard pizza style box. 

A4 Illustrated Prints & Local Parks
Each print is backed by thick cardboard & protected in a biodegradable cellophane sleeve.
Delivery: These prints are sent in a sturdy flat cardboard envelope. 

Organic Cotton Tea Towels
Each tea towel is folded & hand packaged by me with a recycled paper belly band and protected in a biodegradable cellophane sleeve.
Delivery: Tea towels are sent in a recyclable A5 cardboard box 

Illustrated Card Packs  
Each card packs is hand packaged by me and presented in a recyclable & biodegradable glassine bag
